Jumping lunges suck!
4:10 w/22.5# vest. I think the jumping lunges took more than half of that time.
I was also impressed with D.J.’s ability to do the wod with a vest on that was not strapped.
You just had to scale up didn’t you?

The WOD is not bad except for the jumping lunges I thought. If it wasn’t for those it would be like a two minute workout.
