  1. I love the 6am class. Great WODs and great people.
    Jumping lunges suck!
    4:10 w/22.5# vest. I think the jumping lunges took more than half of that time.
    I was also impressed with D.J.’s ability to do the wod with a vest on that was not strapped.

    1. The WOD is not bad except for the jumping lunges I thought. If it wasn’t for those it would be like a two minute workout.
