    🙁 I’m sad. I don’t know if we’ll be able to make it this week at all because we are going out of town and have a whollle bunch of stuff going on before we leave. Unless someone wants to call me and yell at me so I can make a 6am tues or wed.

  3. Started this wod at the 5 class with 20# ball but back started to hurt 2 rds in. Stopped and streched and redid the wod at 6 with 14#. 33:19. Not happy with time or wieght but im glad I got to do the wod. Brutal!
