Skill:      Tabata row

  • You will row for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds for a total of 8 intervals
  • This will be for a distance; your score is total distance after all 8 intervals

WOD:     

AMRAP in 3:

  • 7 ring push ups
  • 7 ring row
  • rest 1 minute

AMRAP in 3:

  • 7 tire flips
  • 7 burpees
  • rest 1 minute

AMRAP in 3:

  • 7 KB swings (70/55)
  • 7 goblet squats (70/55)
  • rest 1 minute

– will begin at any station, and go in the order shown above (if starting at KBs, will next go to rings, then tire)

– only full rounds count

    WOD: 5, 3, 2
    Wussed out on the goblet squats. 70# kb was tougher to squat than I thought.

    4 rounds, toe push~ups
    3 rounds, big tire
    2 rounds, and like Vic said, the 70# KB got heavy on the squats.

    Thats not water in the water bottle either – Marc fills it with Sake.
