A big thanks to Martin, Sags, Brady and Alika for making it up to CFL this weekend to participate in “CrossFit for Hope”. I think we all can agree that workout was a lot tougher than what we first thought. Also thank you Lauren, Julie and Shawn for coming up and cheering us on!
