Kids are getting addicted all over the world!!

 

WOD:    3 rounds:  (30 seconds work; 30 seconds rest)

  • pull ups
  • push ups
  • sit ups
  • air squats
  • Keep track of your reps for each movement. During each 30 seconds of rest record your reps for the previous movement. This way you can keep track of how many reps you’re getting each set of work and for each movement.

    Score = total number reps during entire WOD
