Recovering from 7 minutes of burpees… What movements would you love/hate to see in this years Open?


For time-
200 Double unders
100 Air Squats
50 push ups (sub ring push ups for an extra challenge)
25 KBS 70/55

After Party-
-50 GHD sit ups (broken up however you like)
– Squat Therapy. 5 sets of 3 reps. Hold at the bottom for at least 5 seconds. Try to get a little lower each rep.

    1. Haha, I don’t think you have to worry about running or rowing being in the open. Double unders on the other hand are sure to pop up.

    I saw the 110 unbroken du’s!!! Impressive steph.. Almost as impressive as seeing you at 6 am!

  2. 11:18 rx. ill say we didnt have rings, thats why i didnt scale up, not that i was scared…haha.
    good with oly lifts, du, box jumps
    no wall ball or thrusters!!
