Skill:   Heavy KB swing (10 reps)

WOD:   3 rounds:

  • 30 KB swings (55#/35#)
  • 25 goblet squats (55#/35#)
  • 20 burpees

    16:41 on the WOD with a 45# KB. Burpees gas me out quick.
    Playing Vball at Port Neches Park at 4 if anybody wants to come out and play. We usually play till around the time the sun goes to sleep

  2. Ladies and gents, don’t forget about the nutrition seminar on Thursday night. If the other presenters have as much info to give you as I do (no doubt in my mind), then y’all are in for a paleo learn fest.
