  • 100 push ups
  • 100 sit ups
  • 100 air squats

    I really wanted to PR this WOD & prepared for this WOD. Filed calluses down this AM, ate a really good breakfast, played hookey from work – only to rip after my first set of pullups – FAIL.

    1. That sucks Alan. I know you could kill this thing. I really took my time on pull-ups so that would not happen. I was worried more about ripping my hands than anything.

  2. I really wanted to do this wod today but doubt im going to have time today. I’ll try and do it Wed at the 5 class. Sucks. I really wanted to see how I could so.

  3. Scaled Pull-Ups to 50 and used a red band on the first 20, then wend up to a blue band on the last 30. Ripped my left hand bad on about number 15, so the last 35 really sucked!!!
    Scalled Push-Ups to 75 and did the Sit-Ups and Squats RX
    Time was 33:15

  4. I definitely didn’t come close to beating miranda.
    I also ripped both palms in the process around 50ish.
    I am proud to actually finish at 33:32

  5. Yeah I’ll be doing the wod tomorrow. My plan was to do it at 5 but if someone wants to do it with me I can do it at 5,6, or 7. Just let me know.
