  1. That’s a whole 3 lbs of awesomeness in front of us!!!! Well, the few bites we were able to eat anyway because it was soooooo sweet.

  2. I used the yoga mat pieces. I did not want my hands shredded. I have learned my lesson from the past. I think the rings are a lot easier on the hands. If the rings would have counted as RX then I would have done them.

  3. Only made it through 3 rounds. First wod to ever quit. Guess there’s a right way to eat Paleo before workouts and I’m not doing it.

  4. That happens Lauren, you prob need more fat to give you some energy. Like 2 hours before I work out I eat some eggs and I’m always snacking on some almonds or pistachios. That works for me
