  2. I decided today would be a good day to do the Crossfit Total since double unders, running & situps don’t like me very much.
    Back Squat- 275#
    Strict Press- 135#
    Deadlift- 405#
    Total- 815#

    WOD… I did yesterday’s WOD…. 9:13 rx…. So that would equal about 8 min of du’s , effing du, but they are getting better… I will conquer them!
