One set of back squats at 70% for max reps
WOD:

100 Burpees for time
5 Deadlifts (225/155) at the beginning of each minute.
Start with the deadlifts

  1. Worked up to 255 on backsquats. Did 15 at 205.
    10:47 at 185#. Started out to fast on burpees and was spent after like 60.
