SKILL:
Press 3-3-3-3
Push Press 3-3-3-3
Do all the sets of press then all the sets of push press. Try to add weight each set
WOD:
“Litvisleds”
10 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans
Sled Pull Down & Back
Rest 3 minutes after each set. Complete a total of 5 sets. Add weight on hang cleans as long as they remain unbroken. Sled pulls should be quick; never let the sled come to a complete stop.

    PP- 135-155-165(f)-155 couldn’t lock out the 3 rep on 165
    WOD- 135-140-145-150-155 all unbroken 200m sprint instead of sled pulls
    Mile walk with at 70# sled 19:20. Gonna try that again next month and try to jog every 200m
