    Skill… Ring and bar muscle up work
    Wod for time with a 5:00 cut off
    3 rounds // 5 min cutoff
    10 kb snatches at 53 (5/arm)
    10 burpee box hop overs
    Rest 1 min then….
    3 rounds with 5:00 min cutoff
    10 power snatches at 115#
    10 oh lunges with same barbell (5/leg)

  3. That does look like a tough WOD, Jason.
    First workout back after vacation, definitely not feeling as strong.
    Worked up to 215# on the C&J
    185# for the every 30 seconds, missed a rep
    4:45 RX on the conditioning

    Lat set of cleans took me over a min, sweaty hands and grip was gone
