10 burpee box hop overs

3 rounds with 5:00 min cutoff
10 power snatches at 115#
10 oh lunges with same barbell (5/leg)
That does look like a tough WOD, Jason.
First workout back after vacation, definitely not feeling as strong.
Worked up to 215# on the C&J
185# for the every 30 seconds, missed a rep
4:45 RX on the conditioning

Lat set of cleans took me over a min, sweaty hands and grip was gone
175# single and 155# on the 30 seconds. Wod was 12:30 rx.
