Back Squat 7-7-7-7-7-7 Starting at 65% of your max and working up to 80%

AMRAP in 5 minutes:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups

15 Russian Twists w/ med ball
Rest 5 minutes

AMRAP in 5 minutes:
3 Squat Clean + Front Squat(155/105)
5 Burpees
7 Pull-Ups

  1. We would have a lot of pullups after doing 2007 with Burt Sat! Of course best way to work out soreness is working out!! See u at 11.

  2. 115-140 Back Squat, went up by 5 every time
    3 rounds and change with 14# ball
    2 rounds and change with 115# I didn’t scale up on purpose, I finished the workout, cleared my weights, and then realized I had added it up wrong lol Fail!
