10 DB Strict Press (30/20)
10 Overhead Lunges with Med Ball (20/14) 5 per leg
10 Plyo Push Ups

10 KB Swings (55/35)

Join us for the pub run this Saturday!  We will be starting at Buffalo Wild Wings in Mid County at 7pm and continuing on to different bars/restaurants in the area and ending at Dylans for the night.  The entry fee is $20 and it’s for a great cause!
