Probably doing some quick skillwork/WOD at 630. if anyone cant make the earlier classes, welcome to stop by for a short open gym.
175# skill work. Tried for 185 on last set bit only got 2. Hands are still ripped some so did 81 situps. 3 rds + 7 PC at 115#. That got heavy fast.
165# Max on hang cleans, 46 t2b, and 4 rounds rx and 95#. 5k row for good measure in 22:24.4
