10 DB Push Press Left Arm (45/30)
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
10 DB Push Press Right Arm

10 Hang Power Clean (use 50-65% of your heaviest set of 3)

Holiday Hours:
Wednesday July 3 we will not have a 6:30pm class
Thursday July 4 we will have open gym from 12-2
Friday July 5 we will have open gym from 12-2
Saturday July 6 we will have our normal class schedule

  1. Probably doing some quick skillwork/WOD at 630. if anyone cant make the earlier classes, welcome to stop by for a short open gym.

  2. 175# skill work. Tried for 185 on last set bit only got 2. Hands are still ripped some so did 81 situps. 3 rds + 7 PC at 115#. That got heavy fast.
