  1. 55# KB on the TGU, Ryan did 45 and a 25 plate stacked on top of each other, pretty cool.
    Lunges/WB- 3+5 lunges
    RT/Sit ups- 5
    Pull ups/PP- 4+3 pull ups

  2. TGU & I don’t get along. It was awkward and funky. I’m sure I looked as awkward as I felt.
    3 + 4 + 4 w/20# medball and blue/purple bands
