400m

3 Rounds:
15 Pull-Ups (7 for scaled women)
15 Sit-Ups

15 Double Unders (RX must do DUs, scaled division can do DUs or 60 singles)

400m Run

3 Rounds:
9 Cleans (Standard Men & Women 135/75) (Scaled Men & Women 95/55)
9 Thrusters (Standard Men & Women 135/75) (Scaled Men & Women 95/55)

9 Deadlift (Standard Men & Women 135/75) (Scaled Men & Women 95/55)

400m Run

You will only run at the beginning of the workout, after the first 3 rounds of pullups/situps/double unders, and at the end of the 3 rounds of cleans/thrusters/deadlifts. For your score to count for our box you must do the entire workout entirely Standard or entirely scaled.
