Friday, July 4th, we will NOT have our regularly scheduled classes.  We will have an open gym from 11am – 1pm instead.  Hope to see you guys there!

  1. 165# on skill work.
    Caught a bad cramp during run so did 40 strict pullups and 40 pushups after completing first run
