15 KB Swings (55/35)

5 Reps of 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat* RX(135/95) S(105/75)

*The squat clean must start from the ground, pass through a full squat clean and upon standing up do an additional front squat; that is one rep. The bar then returns to the ground for the next squat clean + front squat.

RX and scaled will be using the same weight for KB swings.  RX MUST do double unders.  Scaled has an option of doing 25 double unders per round or 75 singles per round.

    I started at 1:30 so I could share a kb and calculated my time wrong when I finished. The board says 13:30 but that’s wrong.

  2. Thanks! I debated on going standard, but I think my time wouldn’t have helped us do very well so I did my best with 75#… Which still got heavy.

    This was my first full wod since the concussion and I didn’t get dizzy at all, so I’m excited! My legs are gonna be crazy sore tomorrow though.

  4. Just a clarification…there will be Battle of the Box WOD’s until December. So no one’s lead is safe!

Even though my 20:26 scaled most likely didn’t place, I am still excited to say that I was able to finish, but only with the help of everyone who helped push and cheer me on when I wanted to give up. Thank you so much! I am grateful to be a part of such a wonderful community of people who I admire and inspire me to be a better version of myself!
