5 Reps of 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat* RX(135/95) S(105/75)
*The squat clean must start from the ground, pass through a full squat clean and upon standing up do an additional front squat; that is one rep. The bar then returns to the ground for the next squat clean + front squat.
RX and scaled will be using the same weight for KB swings. RX MUST do double unders. Scaled has an option of doing 25 double unders per round or 75 singles per round.
