1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat
Find a 1 rep max
WOD:
5 Rounds
200m Run
15 Push-Ups
10 Box Jump Overs (24/20)*
5 Deadlift (275/185)
*feet touch the top of the box but no hip extension is necessary
Join us at the gym tomorrow to say Aloha to Alika with a goodbye wod!  We will run heats starting at noon and go until everyone has completed it.  At 3:00 we’ll all head over to Neal’s for a pool party to say goodbye.  EVERYONE should come!!
