“Bury Your Buddy”
- 10 sets of 2 BS
- 3 sets of 3 BS
- 4 sets of 4 BS
- etc….all at 80% of todays max
Todays WOD will be a partner WOD. You and your partner will alternate sets. The goal is to “burry your buddy”, the less you rest, the less your partner gets to rest. The more you rest the more time your partner has to recover. The specifics will be explained by your coach at the box!
