  1. The 6am doubled up today, small class so we were able to do a lot of stuff. Our cooldown was-
    500m row
    400m run
    300m row
    200m run
    100 singles (Jeremy did double unders)
    Nice work rooster crew!

  2. I like that cool down! I may do that Sunday! But longer lol.
    I’m sure I’ve mentioned I dislike push-ups.
