Then 3 reps at 75% of heavy single every minute for 4 minutes

1 minute sprint on the rower for max calories

Rest 2 minutes, repeat for total of 3 rounds

    155# for the first 3 min then 165 for the last, all touch and go
    5:07 strict muscle ups and 55# KB clean and jerks
    2 sets of 7 kipping muscles ups then my arms were done
