Snatch – Find a 1 rep max
 
WOD:
4 Rounds:
15 Hang Power Snatch (75/55)
15 Burpees
10 Strict Pull-Ups
Rest 1 minute between each round.
 
On Monday, May 27 we will not have our normally scheduled classes in observance of Memorial Day. We will have open gym Monday from 11:00-12:30 if anyone wants to come workout!  If that time doesn’t work for you, CrossFit Beaumont will be holding open gym from 2:00-3:30.  Enjoy your weekend!
