    Can’t do double unders(plantar faciitis)did singles and now paying for it!

    Those felt good, so I went for a one rep max and got to 110# (15#pr)

      As much as I love OHS they haven’t felt good on my shoulder, so I maxed out on FS since I missed it Friday – 155# (20# PR)
