*Hold the bottom of a squat for 2 minutes

SKILL:

Handstand Push-Ups 5-5-5-5
Cartwheels 3-3-3-3 (two on your good side, and one on your bad)
*Alternate between the two movements

WOD:

5 Rounds:
10 Burpees
20 Wall Ball (20/14)
Rest exactly 60 seconds between rounds

CASH OUT:

Hold the bottom of a squat for 2 minutes

  1. I did not do the workout..however I got my first muscle up today..and then strung 5 together. Pretty psyched.
