  1. Results are in from battle of the boxes; we took second place in this round! We’re third overall but there’s plenty of time. Thank you to everyone that competed for us, whether you made top four or not! You all did great!!!

  2. I don’t know if I counted this right. I finished my rows at 5:17 then the workout took me 10:18. I just took the 7 minutes of rest off my total time.
