15m Broad Jumps

AMRAP in 3 minutes:
10 Push-Ups

15 Air Squats

  1. Skill: 125# no pr today 🙁
    Wod: somewhere between 13 and 16 rx (I counted 16 in my head but I made the mistake of not keeping my journal nearby)

  2. 165 squat clean (5# pr)
    170 I got to my chest…I’ll get it!
    11 rounds plus 5 push-ups (115# clean and jerk)
