5 DB Thrusters (left arm)
7 Russian Swings (right arm) (55/35)
7 Russian Swings (left arm)
10 Pull-Ups
Workout begins and ends with 20 Burpees

  1. I did snatches every 30 seconds @ 155.
    WOD- 12:50 (45# walking oh lunges, 55# kb, 45# back extensions)
    Hoping to have my elbow rested for the competition Saturday.
    My lower back did work today!
