Snatch – 15 minutes to work on technique
Complete one Power Snatch then one Squat Snatch with the same weight
Work up to about 80% of your 1RM

21 Box Jumps (24/20)

15 Overhead Squats
15 Box Jumps
400m Run
9 Overhead Squats
9 Box Jumps
