EMOM for 10 minutes alternating between
7 Strict Pull Ups and
5 Hang Squat cleans at 70% of max
One movement will be on the odd minute, the other on the even minute. You will do 5 sets of each.
with a partner complete 3 Rounds:
P1: 250m Row
P2: Hold 2 KB in the rack position (55/35)
Switch until each partner has done both things 3 times.
