This is the fifth and final workout of the Open. We will be having Friday Night Lights at CrossFit Beaumont tomorrow at 6:30 where we will do this workout and celebrate the end of a grueling 5 weeks! Even if you don’t want to do the workouts while you’re there, you can still come cheer for people and celebrate. It’s gonna be a blast!!
