Skill:

Establish a 3RM Back Squat.

WOD: 
3 rounds for total reps of:
90 sec. ME Power Cleans (135/95)
90 sec. Rest
90 sec. ME Burpees
90 sec. Rest

 
Friday Night Lights is tomorrow at CFMC!  Sign up for heats will begin at 6:30pm. The first heat will kick off at 7pm. You do not have to be registered for the CrossFit Open to compete, and we can scale as needed. If you don’t want to compete, then come and cheer on your fellow CrossFitters! We will have all of our regular scheduled classes.

    AMRAP in 12 min:
    150 Wall Ball (20/14)
    90 Double Unders
    30 Muscle Ups
    Remember, we can scale this as much as we need to. I’d love to see everyone out there Friday competing, or supporting your friends and your gym!
