50 Lateral Jumps (12″)
20 DB OH Walking Lunges, Right Arm
10 Alternating DB Snatches
20 DB OH Walking Lunges, Left Arm
Notes: Dumbbell load should be heaviest possible.
Battle Of The Boxes Round 2 will be held on Tuesday, March 26! So schedule your rest days around it. There is room for 16 names to be submitted (4 in each of the 4 categories) but I want to see more than that!!

10:23 30# for lunges and 50# for the snatch
Snatch work was humbling
9:54 on the WOD. Used a 30 for lunges and 55 for snatches
12:57 I used 40# for the snatch and 20# for the lunges.
