3 Power Cleans 185/120#
14 Shoulder Touches (alternating)
21 Wall Ball 20/14#
*20 minute time limit.
Shoulder Touch – From a handstand you will bring one arm up and touch your shoulder then quickly put it back down and switch and touch the other shoulder with the other arm. To scale you can simply pick one hand off the ground at a time or just practice holding a handstand or kicking into a handstand.
They will be announcing 13.2, the next WOD of the Open, tonight. Any guesses on what it will be? Anything you want or don’t want to see?

After all those push-ups yesterday…I can barley raise my arms. Praying for no push-ups.
I would love to see deadlifts.. Anything gymnastics related, not so much..
I need some air squats, pull-ups, hspu, muscle-ups, box jumps, and maybe even a KBS or two.

13.2 looks pretty fun. It’s gonna be all about endurance. I was really hoping for some double unders! Maybe 13.3

Sure am! I don’t know if I’ll be able to do it at Friday Night Lights because I have my munchkins, but I’ll do it some time.
That makes me feel better. I thought I did horrible! I was just proud I finished it considering wall balls are my worst enemy.
I said I was excited before I actually watched Annie and Lindsey do the workout. It’s a 10 minute sprint! Endurance is something I definitely don’t have. Some of our athletes will kill this one though.
