  2. It was all brutal. I should’ve known it’d be bad when my jump rope was tangled before I started.
    37:20 everything rx except the burpee pull ups. Did 10 burpees and 30 pull ups with red/blue

  3. 21:46 sprained my wrist trying to do burpee muscle ups, had to skip the 2nd set of KBS. I think I’m going to save this WOD and name it “Gut Check”
