Snatch 5 x 5 @ 65% of your 1 rep max (practice receiving the bar in the bottom of your squat)
WOD:
5rounds for time:
- 10 OverHeadSquats (95#/65#)
- 30 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
- 10 OHS
- 15 Toes2Bar
-scale weights and reps accordingly

Sorry for messing up the time…..That’s what I get for running half asleep I guess. I’m fine. The knee hurt more than my ankle, but no stitches thank goodness!! Thx for your help this morn!!
Skill- #80 not a lot at all but they were legit squat snatches, first time ive been able to catch it at the bottom
WOD- 17:44 hella scaled- #60 ohs, 20″ step ups and regular situps.

WOD…… 26:22.. Ohs->65#, everything else RX
Skill – 95#, hard to get my form right.
WOD – got through 4 rounds in 25:30 (scale=65# OHS , 20* 20″ box jumps and k2chest). After the k2chest on the 4th round my back tightened up again so I chose to stop there. So DNF was the out outcome of that horrible wod!!!
On a good note the DU’s appear to be coming to me today. I was able to get several and at one time I strung 5 consecutive at one time. I’m very happy about that
I was sad I didnt have time to make it today…but looking at these comments makes me thankful!
