30 squat clean and jerks for time 135/95
After party-
-50 GHD sit ups (not for time, break up sets as needed)
-Couch Stretch. Accumulate a total of one minute on each
The 9am Olympic Lifting class we have on Saturday morning is canceled until further notice. We will still have them occasionally but we want to switch it up a little bit and try to have some free CF Kids classes, stretch classes and skill work classes. Standby for more info!
