Back Squat (One Heavy Unbroken Set of 20)
WOD:

4 Sets:
Sled Pull Down & Back (195/130)
20 Unbroken Kettlebell Swings (55/35)

10 Box Jumps (30/20). Rest 2 minutes after each set
CASH OUT:
10 Handstand push-ups (or practice holding a handstand)
15 Strict Pull-Ups

We’re having a CrossFit Happy Hour this Friday at Lukes on Calder. Classes end at 6:30 so we will be there about 6:45. We hope to see you there!

  1. Wow 225# was heavy today. Got it done but legs were shaking Peru bad on last 5 or so reps
    1:55, 1:58, 1:53, 1:56 on metcon.
