As heavy as possible

WOD:

5 Rounds
5 Deadlifts (135/95)
4 Cleans
3 Front Squats
2 Push Press
Followed by 60 second sprint on the rower
Rest exactly 3 minutes between efforts
Score is total time with rest

CASH OUT:

5 sets of 7 strict pull ups

    Wod: 20:58 (accidentally loaded the bar with 70# first round. Went up to 85# for 2 rounds then to 95# for last 2 rounds)
    Fun class this morning!
