On a good note I did a set of overhead squats at 135# that’s my old 1 rep max.
workout another story. I didn’t finish. Made it threw set of 4 Rx. Was gonna scale but there were no 14# medicine balls left.
Can’t tell you if I was doing a burpee or a push-up. Or just probably resting.
12:23 rx…. Made it through the set of 3’s by 12 min cutoff, but went ahead and finished… Tougher than it looked… Big 11 class today
