Clean Complex – Tall Squat Clean (Dip & Drive Only) + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Jerk

We will work on this complex for about 12 minutes, trying to complete at least 8 sets
3 Rounds:
20 Jumping Lunges (10 per leg)
20 Pull-Ups
20 Deadlift (225/155)
Rest 3 minutes between rounds
Cash Out:
50 Push-Ups
25 Toes To Bar
1 Minute L-Hang
