Push Press 5-5-5-5
Add weight each set

WOD:

With a partner
4 Rounds:
30 seconds Goblet Squats
30 seconds KB Swings
Take turns, one partner works while the other rests until both partners have completed 4 rounds.

Max weighted Turkish Get Up, for the board
