WOD:

5 Rounds
5 Burpees
5 Deadlifts (275/185)
200m Sprint

Rest EXACTLY 2 minutes between rounds.  Score is total time, including rest.

Saturday, January 11, we will not be having our members class at 10am.  We encourage all members to go to CFB for the beginners comp to compete, help judge, or cheer for your fellow crossfitters.  It starts at 8am, athletes need to be there at 7:30am.  We will still have our free class at 11am!
