    425# DL. huge PR for me.
    Cindy 15Rds used red band for pullups and purple for pushups. Wanted to get in more reps and work so scaled to work on power. My arms hurt!!!

    18 rounds plus 12 air squats
    First time doing this one, paced it a little too slow push ups got rough though
