AMRAP in 3 minutes:
5 Squat Cleans (95/65)

5 Shoulder To Overhead (95/65)

AMRAP in 1 minute:

Hollow Rocks
Rest 3 minutes between each AMRAP
Tomorrow we will be having an open gym from 7am-8:30am.  We will also be adding in a set open gym time every week day at 3:00.  This is not a coach led class, but an opportunity for you to come in and lift, do the wod, or do your own workout.  Hope to see lots of you there!

  1. 15 rx weight but did back squats
    1rd (65#) hit my shin on my 4th box jump. Pretty much finished me for this round
    6 rds rx weight but power clean
    44 hollow rocks
