I started my Crossfit career in February 2013. My first workout was the “Filthy 50,” and I had barely made the 30 minute cutoff. I had always competed in sports in high school and the Navy, but afterwards I became your typical gym rat working on strong, bulky, beach muscles. I have also personal trained a wide variety of people, ranging from young kids to men and women in their 60’s. I have been inside the weight room for around 13 years and have always considered myself “fit,” but I was wrong. I couldn’t remember a workout that had ever left me lying on the floor feeling like I was going to die. This has happened to me over and over again, and still does on occasion, but I love it. I was instantly hooked on Crossfit – all the components and relentless combinations of gymnastics, weight lifting, and cardio endurance was mind blowing!! I can’t imagine my life without Crossfit; now my only regret was not trying it sooner. I love being able to share my passion for fitness with others and I do so every time I coach.

I was introduced to CrossFit in June of 2016. After three years of being an athlete, I decided to become a CF-L1 trainer. I have always had a passion for helping people and becoming a CrossFit coach has now given me a new opportunity to help people reach their potential inside and outside of the gym. My goal is to share with you all of my knowledge that I have acquired over the years to ensure you stay injury free and achieve your goals across the board.

  • Heather Coach

    Heather’s Credentials

    • CrossFit Level 2 Instructor

Before starting CrossFit some years ago I felt I was in pretty good shape. Then a group of friends and I decided to try it out together, and like most people, that first workout left us on the floor gasping for air wanting more. That’s the moment I realized that CrossFit it TRUE fitness. The more I came, the more I loved it. I currently hold my Level 2 CrossFit Training Certificate and I am stronger, faster, and have more endurance than I have ever had before. I enjoy the fact of helping others better themselves. I really love getting to help people reach their goals and educate them on a healthier lifestyle. Watching members week after week improve and do things they came in saying they would never be able to do, that’s rewarding.

I began my Crossfit journey with my, now husband, in 2011 when CFMC opened their doors for the first time. It was something I had never experienced before that left me wanting more. I grew up playing softball, track, and then volleyball throughout my teen years. Crossfit filled that void and since then I have pushed myself to become stronger, mentally and physically. I get excited to watch members become better, more confident, and accomplish their goals!

  • Evan Coach

I had never been into fitness until I tried Crossfit back in 2012. I have been in love ever since. The competitive and friendly community that sounds itself around Crossfit helped me become stronger, faster, and all around more athletic over the years. My love for the sport inspired me to motivate others to be their best in CrossFit as well.

I have always had a passion for sports and fitness and love to compete no matter what. I thought myself in pretty good shape until trying my first CrossFit workout, Fight Gone Bad. Afterwards I was left on the floor unable to move wondering what the hell had just happened to me. I was hooked. Since starting I’ve gotten stronger, faster, and gained more endurance than I thought possible. CrossFit Beaumont is my dream come true of bringing a new level of training to everyone willing to put in the blood, sweat, and tears to attain elite fitness.

  • Rob Coach

    Rob’s Credentials

Several years into my fitness journey I realized that I needed more than an hour a day in the gym singling out particular muscle groups. My gym time had become monotonous and lonely. While on vacation I tried CrossFit with a friend and I was hooked! As soon as I got back in town I found my local CrossFit box and joined on the spot. It was a humbling experience to say the least! I have fallen in love with the CrossFit community and am proud to help members reach their fitness goals.

  • Erica Coach

    • CrossFit Level 2 Instructor

My whole life I’ve been involved with cheerleading, gymnastics, track, the whole nine yards; so when I stepped into my first CrossFit class as a collegiate cheerleader in January 2011 I was expecting it to be just another day at the gym and no big deal. Wow, was I mistaken! The first fifteen minutes of class I was sweating more and working harder than I ever had in a gym. I knew that I had found my new sport, CrossFit. The more I came the stronger I got, the faster I moved the more I was hooked. I love that the hard work we put in constantly reaps results and that no matter what you’re doing there’s someone there pushing you or dying along side with you. Training others has been the biggest blessing and I love seeing our community at CrossFit Mid-County thrive!
