200m Run
5 Power Cleans (95/65)
5 Push Press

5 Burpees

Saturday, August 31st, 2013, CrossFit Bridge City will be hosting “Bring Home The Bell” Team Competition at Sabine ATV Park in Burkeville, Tx.  Our goal is to find the fittest teams from the area.  You will be competing in teams of 2 of the same gender.  The winners will receive custom kettlebell trophies, plus prizes.

How many teams do we already have signed up for this?  And if you aren’t signed up, WHY??  We want as many teams as we can representing CFMC!
